We know comfort foods and desserts are bad for us, so why do we eat them? Eating healthy seems overwhelmingly complex and expensive. It seems like suffering when food is one of the most accessible pleasures in life. In this course, we find the balance of fueling for pleasure, for daily living, and for training toward a specific goal. Proper fueling does require discipline, but we teach you fueling principles that are easy to understand and how to properly fuel your body for any given activity level or goal.
