Today’s Challenge

Practice Diaphragmatic breathing for 3 minutes. Set a timer for 3 minutes. Find a good position (reference video) and practice breathing deeply into your belly, in the nose and out the mouth (or nose) while relaxing your body.

Sample Questions

  • Did you notice yourself relaxing and letting go of tension?
  • Were you able to effectively fill your belly with air?
  • What did you feel the most?
