Like when you’re dependent on night in and night out, you realize like there’s no real time for feeling sorry for yourself, having mental lapses, compounding mistakes, making the same mistakes twice. (5:22)

And I feel like that’s something I took a huge leap in.(5:30) 

Whereas before it was, I was more focused on physical gains. (5:34)

But like before every game, like I’ll take like 15 minutes on my day to turn on, I don’t know what type of music you’d call it, but like, you know, and kind of just like in visualizing myself. (8:14)
