One Minute of Breath Awareness

Today’s Challenge:

Breathe for one minute. Set a timer for 60 seconds and simply follow your breaths. Try not to change or force them. Count how many times you breathe in that minute.

Sample Questions:

  • Did this challenge make you want to change the way you were breathing?
  • Did you get stressed about the challenge and your breathing?
  • What did you notice the most?
